Trailblazer 302 & HF-251D-1, I want to weld stainless steel but I am concerned about the conflicting information I am getting from my literature. On my welding chart, it tells me to set up the current on DC, but on my HF manual it tells me that DC will ruin the HF box and I must use AC. I need some information from somebody that knows this system and is more experienced with the TIG welding process altogether. I have run a few beads with it set up on AC, but it really seems more difficult than I remember, to control the arc and the pool. Thanks for the help.
