Hi i found in a post you own a 9" evolution dry cut circular saw i'm thinking about purchasing the STEEL model 7" dry cut saw for cutting up a 4' x 8' sheet of 16 gauge steel into 5.5" strips and then cutting the strips into 10.25" plates with my evolution fury miter saw i own already. I've had someone tell me on another forum that his evolution rage circular saw doesn't work well on materials thinner than 1/8". his experienced has been cutting thin gauge material and the blade getting gummed up and ruined. would appreciate any insite you could give me on this matter. I know the saw i'm looking at has 2 types of steel blades one for thin steel another for everything else.
