Sorry it took me so long to reply-- still haven't figured out all of the tabs on this forum. I bought the replacement flip front from fibre metal and traced the outline on my pipeliner. Roughed the opening in with a zip disc and then shaped it to size using a die grinder with a small carbide burr. Hope this helps
