hey Frank,I went through all kind of hoops to contact you because I read what you wrote about the boiler explosion in Ottawa.I am curious about it because I worked all my life with babys like the one that blew up that day.
I am a boiler inspector,but I have no juridiction in Ontario.
So my question for you is do you have acces to paper work that are related to the boiler that exploded that day?
If yes look for the National Board number (NB)
CRN number and serial number along with the manufacturer name and then maybe we will have something to start to get info on the boiler and if we know the machine more maybe we can start to understand what happened that day!
