We've got a storm moving in as we speak. Wind gusts 55 mph+, and more snow up north. I've seen it snow up there on Memorial Day Weekend. I was through Flagstaff a couple of weeks ago, the streets were clean, but the snow was piled up higher than stores in the plazas. We rely on that snow, for our water resevoirs down here. We already had over 14" of rain in Phoenix since Jan, more than we normally get annually.
