  • All right Andy,
I need some help. My supervisor is old school. If he had his way, we would all be welding with syncrowaves just because he knows how they work. But now, we purchased a total of 10 Dynasty 700 and he hates them. He wont let us used the pulse feature because he does not know how it works. What are the DIS-advantages of using pulse on any type of material and thickness? Just need some type of guideline to explain to him that it will help. I use it often and my parts look great with a good burn in. (maybe .020-.030 past apex) I know this because he likes to etch my parts to prove he is right. But hasnt happen yet. One more, when in any case should the background be higher than the peak while pulse. Thats another issue.
    Thanks Andy
