The best set up is really from the factory. Set the machine to AC. Then set the balance to 70-78%- 100-150 frequency and roughly 1 amp/.001 material thickness. Aluminum takes a little more and steel takes a little less. The Dynasty is easier to run on aluminum than you would think because the arc is much tighter than a normal tig machine. Your puddle will be wider than the 4130 you are used to but the technique will be similar.
