HI norm I find women do the job and dont sit around and talk not saying that all guys do that but i have had some bad ones and the women do want needs to be done and gets out to the next job . An in this day of age and tuff times . Time is money an work is number one . My company s name and crew have a good safety rec,good workmenship.
