1999 Big Blue 251D cold weather starting

Hey all, I have a 99 Big Blue 251D that has issues starting in cold weather. It doesn’t have a glow plug/preheat function. Anyone have any tips? Thanks

I have a Syncrowave 350 LX Serial # KJ 286672; When I sticker weld with this welder, it welds great but when I break the weld and set the stinger to the side the welder trips the breaker; any ideas what may be going out or wrong with this welder?
