Now with the new ice cube style if you hold it for more then 2 seconds the points start chattering and it shoots small sparks between points. Seems like...

    What's this old welder worth?

I picked up this older welder a while back. It is a Miller Del-200 with a Deutz single cylinder diesel engine. Motor is F1L 210D. Serial number is 7652864. I tested the generator and it produced power.
I cannot attach larger picts. Here is a link to Google drive with the picts of the unit....

Im looking into getting a WC-24 but i recently discovered what the name meant. Weld Control 24VAC. Does this mean it only runs...

    Miller matic 35 sputtering

Guys in shop complaining about sputtering, but welds look great to me. 85 wire feed welding 1/2 plate on setting 4. 15 to 20 flow rate on 75/25 gas. Same settings for two years. But I have to admit it doesn't "hizzle" like i remember. Just replaced all the diodes with OEM because we had some...

So the easy route would be to run a dedicated outlet/breaker for my machine but I rent and have been told by tge wife that...
