Syncrowave 250DX/350LX with integral water cooler maintenance issue

See the OM-363 page 52, Section 6-2 Routine Cooler Maintenance At 12 months there is a picture with a oil can and a motor, the text says "Oil Motor" The water cooler pump motor looks to be totally enclosed with no fittings for injecting oil/grease. My copy of the manual is from Dec 2004....

I recently purchased a used xmt 304. Upon looking up the serial number it dates to 1996 as a production year. I am fairly use to the machines. I know its drawing around 40 amps when I am using it to stick weld. I have never had to service these machines what kind of maintenance can I expect?? Should...
