What I like about the classic you posted is it uses AA batteries which I have only replaced 2 times in 7 years

I used an entry level Miller Pro Hobby for 8 years and loved it. I don’t weld everyday now but I still use it. I think the name was changed to The Classic VS Series. Just my thoughts. https://www.millerwelds.com/-/media/miller-electric/files/pdf/products/welding-protection/helmetcomparisonv2.pdf

JB Weld sucks. It gets into the pores and scratches and is tough getting out. I have done 100’s of wheels in 40 years and some go perfect as planned and some take more prep as in JB ones

All kinds of issues with building them. Weight lifted, length of boom, on level ground, weight of tractors

Wonder where they went? Trim 1/16” off the brass tube. Drill #7 drill and tap 1/4-28.

I ran a 252 running .045 10 hours a day 6 days a week for 5 years with zero issues. The duty cycle on a multipurpose machine sure won’t do that

I wouldn’t run .045 for very long. Going to be hitting the duty cycle quickly

Wires are hit and miss. Even the brand names have US made or import. I have welded so long with bottom of the barrel crap I got good at using it. My last job everything was certified so it was all ESAB which I liked.
