Just my 2 cents and unasked for opinion. The way or the lack of way to add photos to the post is very low, no tech. Sure it adds an attachment, but NO ONE wants to do a bunch of mouse clicks to view the projects.
Does not allow the visitor to see the complete sequence.

I have one and like it, but I am not a pro welder, and do not use it every day. The reason I purchased it was because I was getting shocked from my TIG machine and the leather sleeves provide a better barrier, insulation leaning on the table.

You have it right, and yes I am talking electrically. Sounds like best practice would be to leave it as is, I am not fond of being zapped.

Diversion 165 torch cable cover
I opted for the foot peddle, pulled the control cable back and stored it. My question is can I remove the torch cable cover? The reason is I want more, and smoother control at the torch. Does the cover also work as an insulator too the torch cable?

I got it sorted out and found the gas lens that I needed. It took some looking around and a dash of common sense. Actually am glad there were no responses got smarter and have the correct parts needed. Bought the gas lenses, two sets gas lens, cup and torch gasket (white), 9 bucks ea set.
