Thats what I was afraid of JSFAB. I would love to have a Big Blue 400 or 500 so I could run biger wire with better deposition rate, but its not even close to my budget. I dont like straining my 302 with carbon arc carbons either but I love using them!!!!

1/16" gas shielded flux core wire on 302 trailblazer?

Usually it is the operators fault not the equiptments fault when problems happen. The operator is resonsible for checking and maintaining the equiptment to prevent accidents. Allways work safe.

I would go 3/4 because you will get more volume (CFM) to your tools. Black pipe would be the best, but very time consuming to run. I have PVC in my shop even though they say you should not use it. I haven't had a problem with it yet.

I have two Mohawks lifts in my shop. We use them to lift freightliner sprinter vans and Isuzu trucks. Never had a problem with them yet.

I have an Ellis 1600. Definitly a very good investment. It seems like a lot more mony than the cheaper saws, but it is definitly worth spending the extra money to get the Ellis.

Have always used Victor. Got a Smith about a year ago and I like it a lot better. If I purchase again it will be a Smith for sure.

It all depends on your budget of course, but I would recomend that you go with 2/0 with the machine you have and get 100' of lead and 100' of ground. You may not need that much cable for what you are doing now but you never know what type of work you will be doing in the future. It always is better...

Hit your hand with your heavy hammer as hard as you can, then you'll forget about your eyes.
