Syncrowave 250 Foot Pedal stop working

I checked out both sets of contacts on CR2 and both read 0.3 ohms

I have checked the toggle switch and it works, CR2 is energizing

Syncrowave 250 foot pedal is not working in remote but in panel mode everything works fine. I have take the foot pedal to another welder and it works fine there. I have removed the circuit board and found that R90 burned, so I replaced R90, A4, and Q13. Serial Number JK654877 Can anyone help Thanks...
