Nice work! Those are the parts that the manufactures will charge you $1000 for if the equipment is old. I got an old KW dump truck and they wanted $1400 for the box and blower motor. I ended up making one myself as well....

Take a look on the website Pintrest and search "horse shoe art". There is a large collection of really cool welding art collections on there that will get your ideas goin. That's where I find a lot of my inspiration for new metal art projects

Nice welds. Interesting that your customer wants to use his excavator for log splittin, cool idea. I would imagine a traditional splitter would be faster, but who knows haha

The Powermax30 AIR is a great machine and one of the only true 30 amp machines I would buy with a built in compressor. Is there a reason you're buying a machine with a built in compressor? You get a lot more bang for your buck with just a regular plasma cutter. For the amount you pay, you could buy...

Double check consumables. Check air pressure from compressor as well.
