I'm waiting on a return email this morning to verify the part number between two choices, but Mouser Electronics has them for $6.50 each in quantity less than 10, and $5.53 for quantity of 10-25. With estimated shipping it appears it should be around $20 for a couple of them....

I realize something made them fail, or in the process of failing, they damaged other parts. From what I am reading with similar failures on various machines there are a few key things to look for. Unfortunately, it appears there are no schematics circulating for the controller board so it's kind...

Digging back into my Diversion, it appears it's the exact same failure as the original poster - the Q3 and Q4 transistors have popped! My board appears to have swollen at Q4 as well, so it may be damaged as well. For a few bucks, I'm going to attempt to repair it. ...

I feel your pain. Same thing happened to my Diversion 180. Loud pop, flames out the back, and an estimated $1200 in parts and labor to make it work again. Miller support was zero help. The local repair shop was cool but for $1200, I'll go buy a green all day and get a "better" welder...

Had the same problem as the original poster. Loud pop, but with the extra added excitement of flames shooting out the back. Unfortunately for me, I was a couple months outside of my 3yr warranty and Miller pretty much said go pound sand.
What little info I got out of Miller support...
