Well I don't guess this msg board sends me emails on replies. I just got my board relays changed. CR1 CR2 CR3. Same issues.
Turn welder on. Fan comes on. Green light is on the circuit board. Press the gun trigger and it feels like CR1 clicks and the red led lights up. Still no arc and no...

Ok. I removed the gun completely. Used a jumper wire on the front panel conector. Same thing. I hear the relay and see the red led light. No motor signal for spool.

Wire does not feed at all, weither its touching ground or not. Cr1 relay clicks and red led will come on with trigger squeeze.
I will remove the complete gun, then test with jumper to see if it runs the spool motor at least.

Ok, i was able to test today. Left gun mounted at the feed wheel. Unhooked the connector at face of welder for the trigger. Turned welder on, let the wire touch the ground clamp and took jumper wire to jump out the terminals on the plug on the face of the welder. Same results. One relay clicks and...

I received a response from Miller.
They don't repair the circuit boards. But they told me a place that would. And they also said that they think from my description they recommend just replacing all three relays, CR1 CR2 CR3. They included a place to buy the relays. They are 5$ each. I asked...

Thanks. I will contact them and see what i can get.
Yeah to me i wish i knew the pinout on the relay CR1 and a circuit board schematic.
Is there a schematic available for the circuit board.

I pulled the board out. I can't see anything wrong visually. No burnt traces. This welder has had very little use. Never over heated. Just at home hobby welding here and there.
