Stainless steel fuel tank questions?
I will be attempting my first stainless steep fuel tank for my '73 Jensen Interceptor, and it will be setup with baffles and internal fuel pump.
My questions are:
#1 - How thick the material should be? Is 16 gauge (0.0625") too thin or thick or about right?

I'm a believer in prep. You don't want to be welding over mill scale, slag, pant, rust, and such. A 4-1/2" angle grinder and a box of 60-grit flap wheels will clean up most stuff and leave an almost polished look.
Also, get some scrap to weld test coupons, then test the welds in a press if...

Hi, I'm a new guy here. Just bought a Dynasty 280 dx tig runner. As I read it, the 60/80 Amp fuse rating (230 volt single phase) is the "MAXIMUM" size fuse you would want to use.
