Arc through glove when tig welding
So I am trying to figure out why I got a small arc burn on the tip of my index finger where I was holding the filler rod. I was making a small weld on mild steel with it on DCEN and started feeling a shock on my torch hand where it was touching the welding table. My gloves were dry and I had just started...

Did you ever figure out why you got burned from an arc through your glove? I just had the same thing happen to me and I have been welding for a long time and never had this happen. My gloves were not wet at all....

Miller syncro 250 only welds on HF continous setting.
Just had my controller board rebuilt and that corrected the problem I had with remote amperage control not working, but the machine still will only weld if HF switch is in continous mode....
