WELL GUYS IT WAS THE SLIDER WIRE ON THE FOOT PEDAL THAT WAS CAUSING ALL THE INTERMITENT AND WEEK ARC PROBLEMS. I ALSO FOUND THAT THE COIL THAT THE SLIDER CONTACTS IS WEARING OUT ALSO.
