Thanks ryanjones2150, I read the .023, is that what you meant or .025? I read it’s not so good for thinker metal that .030 is better for above 90 amps

So I remembered I had a new spook of harbor freight solid .030 wire and rigged up my gas bottle and she welds like a hot ****, for a baby...

So I came across a good condition mm130xp, it runs on every setting and really seems like it has good power for an old 110 welder.
What it the best wire to run in this machine? Size and brand in flux and solid core
I am unimpressed with the flux core results with the wire I was given with...

I got the rings nice and shiny and a lot smoother, do you know if it matters what amp alternator I use to excite the generator, I know it calls for a 37 amp but 65 amp alternators are more common= cheaper but if it's not good for the machine I'll find a 37amp, also the big one,can I use a single...

Where and how do you access them? I have a feeling there behind the end of the generator housing in a spot i won't be able to see them, Miller said there's an access door, but I think they're confused also the manual said not to use Emery cloth? Sorry I had meant how to access them too not just clean...
