This unit has one MiniSkiip Mod.
It's a 270 dollar piece (at the very least). I have found some used ones from other parts of the world for less than 10 dollars. They must be take-offs. At this point, I'd probably try a used one to see if it works.

compared to what? a boeing 747? rotaries are loud as ****. a very high pitched loud. they sound like weed whackers.

We did the preinspection procedures. But using a Dynasty 200dx tech manual, not the Maxstar 200dx manual for this machine- as I do not have one.

Start by throwing it in the garbage before it seriously hurts someone. The rest of the welds on that gym equipment is probably welded just as solidly (or un-solidly). So it doesn't make sense to use it, unless it's for a place of business that has a good insurance policy for it's membership holders...Leave a comment:

MAXSTAR 200DX problem
Let's try this again.
Maxstar 200dx bought used.
worked for 2 or 3 hours on 120v/60hz @ 1ph.
brought to another shop with plug in which we use for 180amp and 225amp mig welder. have used it multiple times with various MIG & ARC units.

Try Concrete Etcher.
It contains roughly 20-26% Phosphoric Acid. It will turn the rust black.

When saws are cold, the tension on the blade is a lot less tight, and you probably experienced blade dragging, which would scratch the surface of the material, and not cut it.
You need to adjust the tension to a temporarily tighter setting if it's possible on your saw. If not, put a pylon...Leave a comment:

Can anyone provide me with a Maxstar 200DX Tech Manual for an LJ400XXX model?
Miller isn't being much help, and the unit is out of warranty. My father is an electrical engineer and he is looking at the board for me, but the Dynasty 200DX Tech Manual that I have differs in many areas....
