I'm thinking about selling my 300dx, I have 2 different tig machines and don't really need this one. I have owned the machine since 2004 and it has never given me a code or acted strange in any way. I use it for my car hobby in the garage so it's not like its used everyday in a production environment....

At the shop I work in we use a #12 gas lense cup on a 20 series CK torch. I think the name on the box is alumina nozzle or something like that. This cup is ceramic, light maroon in color, is threaded for the gas lense on the small end and is about 1" long. Supposedly we cannot get these anymore...

If a customer brings me a pre bent 8 pt roll bar I charge $400 to mig weld it in. I have used a couple Jegs bars and they fit really well for the price. That's also welding in all seat belt tabs in place where they need to go. Don't sell your time short, the equipment we have cost us alot of money...

I tried the balance at 70 and seemed to work fine. I must have messed with it and got it way out of wack. Works good now!!! When should the balance need adjusted and what hz should I be running.

I'm welding some aluminum with my 300dx and at the beginning of the arc it seems fine but as you step on the pedal more to get to the heat you need the tungsten starts to ball up and gets really bright and the torch cup gets glowing red. It just started doing this the other day. I'm not sure what...

The last cart I had was very similar to this one and after using it for 5 1/2 years there was some things I wanted different and I made those changes when I built this cart. It's probably good that I don't have alot more room or I would probably have a few more pieces of equipment.

The rod tubes are 1 3/4" od tube, .125 wall and the caps are 2"od, .125 wall tube.

Right after I bought the 185 I bought a Lincoln square wave tig and it didn't have a cart with it, about 5 1/2 years ago. I built a cart for the Lincoln tig and mm185 so my stuff wouldn't be taking up space with two different carts. When I bought the Dynasty last month it also came with a cart but...

Finally got my cart finished that I started awhile back, I like how it turned out. Looks like it would be top heavy but it isn't. It carries it's weight really well....
