Cutting Al

I know this is a late for a reply but maybe it will help in the future.
I have cut thousands of feet of Al plate with a skill saw and carbide blades.
The trick to it is lay the sheet on a 2x6 board under the cut line and cut the plate. The wood cleans the blade...

I have a new 302G and am trying to hook up my other welders to it. The 302 has a 4 prong outlet which is standard. All of my equipment is three prong, 2 hot and a ground. Dose anyone know how wire from a 4 to a 3.
