Now in some of these machines you could turn off the slow start by turning off the machine, hit the gun trigger, and turn the machine on. Release the trigger after a couple seconds. Works on some but not all.

its a 3 layer board, other than the trouble shooting pre power inspection, there is not much you can do. Likely one of the mods are shot. have to replace the assembly. shoot us a pic of the on/off switch.

Obsolete part, and only reason serial #’s. Would be missing is if the unit was stolen....

There is a drive belt inside, likely broken...

just a over looked feeder that can run 2 or 4 roll. Really nothing to go wrong in it. A little bigger than a 22A, way better drive, and can be had much cheaper....

its usually a bit of moisture in the gun. What i do is take out and run the electrode and it's tip on some concrete. usually fires right up. as well don't crank the nozzle on too tight.

Probably a corroded / loose connection on 1 or more of the bank of capacitors.

I use a Fluke capacitance meter. Pretty easy after that. Board level, I have a Huntron scanner.

Plug the 14 pin from the hf into the trail blazer, hook up the gas into the hf box. You will need a foot pedal also hooked into the hf box to make everything work....
