You are correct!
Rechecked the serial number and it's KB, not K8. Mine has the 14 pin connector. I've been able to find the WC-24, Spoolmatic 30A, and Roughneck gun so should be all set. I've been told to run .030 wire for this machine as I'll be welding metal 1/4" or less probably....

Millermatic 200, how many versions were there? Which one do I have here??
As I do research on my Millermatic 200, I see lots of variations. Some have "CP" in front of the 200, some have white panels, etc. etc. I'll try to post a picture but have had zero success doing that from my desktop. I guess I'll describe it in words: Black panel, SKP-35 unit top right...Last edited by denwhit; 09-08-2014, 09:40 AM.

Fixed it!
After getting good ohm readings across the diodes in the bridge rectifiers, yet getting screwy voltage readings, I just decided to replace them both. That worked! She's back to performing like a new one. I guess the lesson is that when the actual current hits those rectifiers,...

I'll check those when I get back from a four day short vacation. When I get back, I'll take all of those resistance readings. Is anyone looking for a low hours 20 hp Onan motor? I'm about to give up. If it's PC2 or the windings, I think it's totaled and will part out. Thanks for your help, I really...

I was hoping you would respond as you are the expert! I'm thinking my problem might be with the slip rings because I did take the brush bracket off and look at it and just reinstalled. I can't think of anything else I did to cause the voltage at the convenience plugs to go from 120 to 24. Thanks...

Went backwards
Well, today, I took the covers off and decided to check some diode readings, look at the brushes, etc. While taking a wire off CR 2, the lead came out of the diode. So, off to the electronics store. Luckily they had one. Replaced that and started it up. Now, instead...Last edited by denwhit; 08-27-2014, 03:31 PM.
