Aluminum question

I need to make some small panels out of aluminum. There will be some bending involved and bead rolling can I use 18 gage 6061 or do I have to work with a 50 series.

I was asked to hardface the side of some buckets on a front loader. I can do the job indoors and would like to use a mig to save some time. my machine will only hold 11# spools or smaller what wire would you recommend?

I dont think light has anything to do with it. Iron water and air combine to form iron oxide or rust. in a closed environment unless a vacuum, the air will contain water in the form of humidity. as the air in the tube is heated and cooled it reaches its dew point...

The natural heating and cooling processes causes condensation and evaperation inside the tube, is what i was told. And the condensation causes rust....
