I need to make some small panels out of aluminum. There will be some bending involved and bead rolling can I use 18 gage 6061 or do I have to work with a 50 series.

I dont think light has anything to do with it. Iron water and air combine to form iron oxide or rust. in a closed environment unless a vacuum, the air will contain water in the form of humidity. as the air in the tube is heated and cooled it reaches its dew point...

The natural heating and cooling processes causes condensation and evaperation inside the tube, is what i was told. And the condensation causes rust....
