yeah I figured the hand held ones weren't that great for the $. What I have been doing is using the bench grinder as you normally would but then polish them up with fine grit sandpaper flaps on the bench grinder as well...wipe with acetone when done and you are ready to go. They weld real nice and...

anyone here recommend a GOOD tungsten grinder that is somewhat reasonable in the price factor?

another one..I'll try to find some aluminum ones too...both of these pics were done with my old Miller Syncrowave 300...my new Dynasty welds a bit sweeter : ) But I must admit, the old syncro was smooth too!...

hey Brian thanks for the kudos...I just read one of your prior posts on someones aluminum welds. I noticed you haven't forgotten the 3 C's on aluminum"Clean Clean Clean" LOL Good to hear from you again buddy...I guess I'll posts pics soon.

Cold Saw
