The main rails and cage can last a season or more. The front and back halfs get repaired/replaced frequently.

fuel cell

The fuel cell sits in the canister it holds no fuel. I would get a spool gun you will find other uses once you have it.

I always snip my wire

I have been welding with a MM 300 that has a very harsh arc start but welds very well there after. Are these power sources known for haveing a harsh arc start? or is this something that can be fixed. I have tried to adj it out with no noticeable affect the shop also welds with cp 200's and a DVI useing...
