If it's with a 210 than try to turn up the wire speed. I noticed that the wire speed control is different between the 210 and the spoolgun with the same settings. Also see if you have drive roller action without the tip and/or wire.

Santa got me a Makita with a blade. I checked out over the weekend and like it a lot. No dust just chips. Seems that it's a bit more quiet than the chop job. Also I found a blade that Freud makes for this model that is a lot cheaper than the original Makita blade. I have not got the blades that I ordered...

Just picked up Friday 20 pieces of 24' 1"X2" 14 guage tubing for $620. All cut in half for free. I think it was under a dollar per pound... The place is in Rockford IL.

For the most part you hear that noise because the fan is not going when it is cold. So you hear the Inverter coils capacitors etc making some noise. When you push the machine enough to turn on the fans than you can not notice the buzzing. It is normal don't worry about it weld away....

Allrighty than. I was just looking at them soaking I thought that the vinegar will desolv the stuff on them. So I'll nodge them a bit more. I have the Alumina pink cups. I did not do stainless with them only Steel and Aluminum.

Burninbriar, Am I missing something? I tried the soaking method with the cups overnite but did not seemd too cleen coming out.. Are you using some nuclear vinegar of sort? Are you brushing them afterwords?

It would be nice to know what grade Capacitors Miller used in these machines. I've been in Electronics for 30 years and I know that Capacitors are extremely sensitive for low temps. If the ambient temp around them is very low than they may fail. I think it helps if you do...

Some of the Malware comes in frequently on the net could delete the Add-Remove part of the OP System. A complete rebuild should help from the original Install CD. Have to format the drives though.. I had this problem before. If you need an upgrade anyway than go buy the new OP System othervise the...
