I'm looking for some answers on blending Argon and Co2.
Has anyone used flow meters to make their own 98%Ar/2%Co?
It seems I use C-25, 100% Ar, 98%Ar/2%Co2 and 92%Ar 8%Co2.
I would rather get set up to blend Argon and Co2 as opposed to having a bunch of different bottles.

You didn't mention your base material.
I found that when I'm working with "rough" Alloys or SS, it is sometimes helpful to purge the tubing with your sheilding gas. You can't clean the inside of long tubing.

I will get the DX and sell my PC-300. I won't need the PC-300 anymore and the money I get from selling the PC-300 should off-set the extra cost of going with the DX over...

Dynasty 200 - DX or SD?
I'm ready to pull the trigger on a Dynasty.
Currently I have a XMT304 CC/CV, XMT300 CC/CV, Optima Pulser, PC-300 Pulser, 15A spoolgun, 714D wire feeder w/ M-25 gun, WC-24 controller, POS TIG torch and bottles n' junk.
My question is this:

There are no built-in programs for 0.030 wire.
If not, is there a "cheater way" to speed up my set-up for smaller wire?
