I like my cold heat. I do a lot of PC modding, and I've never had a cold joint with that. If you use it within it's limits, its fine.

Head over to radio shack and pick up any 35w soldering iron. You could buy that cold heat iron, but be prepared to have a stock of batteries avaliable

One thing I don't like about Ellis Bandsaws is the clamp. It just operates so flimisly for me. It's not bad, but holding roundstock is a science...

Kids that don't take their bike apart are losing out on a lot of stuff. I took about 5 bikes apart in Kindergarten. Granted, I couldn't get them back together, but at least I knew how they worked.
