How do you apply the protex chemical? do you just brush it on and let it sit for a minute? or, should i scrub it into the aluminum with a stainless brush?

I remember reading an article about them a couple of years ago. They had to completely reconstruct a combustion chamber. Not sure if they still do repairs.....but worth a call.
