Few pics of a new step /workbench for the back of my rig.10"MC channel.The clamp can be move on other end also threaded a few spots 3/4-10 for the bolt i welded to clamp i cut.Also got a receiver adapter for my rigid chain vise.

I stagger my welding allowing different areas to cool while welding in another.If you replacment edge is 5/8" or 3/4" thk. Warping is not much a factor.I have noticed the 1/2" thk. ones are more prone to warp/curve as you weld them up....

This is a 8' aprrox loader edge adapter i installed yesterday.Ran ultracore 71A85 1/16"dia. off my Big Blue402D....

Had to lower top beam on the tail gate yesterday.Paving co was having hard time digging hot top out of the body to feed paver.They raise the body to dig out over the top of the gate with a skidsteer.I added the 4x4 .188 Hss....

No that is why I angle the gusset inward to prevent bowing.He is towing a chipper not a15ton excavator....

Did this 2 weeks ago 3/16"AR400 went in after the rip out of what was left of original floor.All dual shield welded 71A85 ULTRACORE 1/16"DIA.Yet another one walker still eating them up at 43yrs old.44 at end of year LOL....

Did this yesterday,1/2" plate someone did was cracking in mutiple spots.Replaced with 5/8" saved d-rings added gussets in the back at 60deg. inward toward center.All mig off my MM250X 70S6 .035 wire.Except top of plate under dump hinge sticked that 7018 1/8.Wire wasn,t wetting in the way i...

Did this recently also Mack Rd Dump floor.Air arced out entire old floor replaced 4 cross members.And installed 1/4" Quard 500.Dual shield welded the floor in....
