Help with settings on S-64 Wire Feeder

I adjusted the wire tension, made a few adjustments, and it works fine. I think I had the wire feeder way out on adjustment.

I have a small (185 amp) tig welder and have done some work Tig Welding with steel. Will this handle aluminum?

Years ago I took a class and mastered (well, sort of) Autocad. It was a tough one. I used it somewhat, but never enough to really get proficient. I had a student version back then and then found it subject to changing computers, planned obsolescence, etc. Pretty soon it was gone.

My dad used to use brazing quite a lot. For one thing, he used to mount hastelite tips on well drilling bits which he sharpened himself. He also used it sometimes to mend holes in water tanks.

I remember a plumber toldy me he had used a heavy steel 4" pipe about three feet long that he had drilled a hole in for a small diameter punch. Both ends were open and any explosion would go out either end.
