What about a SCUBA Tank? We use one for that. We don't fill it to the 3000 lbs. We come off the low pressure side of the valve and it works great. You can find older steel ones real cheap on eBay....

Help me choose MM 135 or Hobart Handler 140
I am replacing an old MM 130 and am torn between True Blue 135 and the Hobart Handler 140. The 140 is rated to 1/4 inch where the MM is rated to 5/16 inch. Pluse there is a 100 buck price differance.
Any thoughts?

The top is 3/8 cold rolled steel 20"x42"
Don't laugh.....I painted the frame then ground off the paint where the frame would be attached to the top. I laid the top on the floor upside down and put the frame on top of that and welded them together. I wired off the welds then...

I thought of that too. I think I am going to put some side covers where the welder is to keep it from getting burned. Also going to make some fenders for the rear wheels. And yes it is Sail blue rustoleum....

Milermatic 135 question
I am begining to build an enclosed ATV trailer and I have a Milermatic 135 and use with flux core wire (too windy and no garage). Some people are telling me the 135 is not strong enough to weld 3/16 channel and angle. Any thoughts? I am having the tongue welded at a trailer shop that has...
