High side rpms are 3000. When I got it it was doing around 2700, I've adjusted it to 3000. This unit only makes 60 hz power at 1850 rpm. It dont weld and produce 60 hz power at the same time. Also the guy had unplugged the voltage regulator on the engine and I can't figure it out. I'm wondering if that...

I have acquired a miller legend aead 200le and have got all my RPM'S set. Now checking my OCV and there low. Ac is reading 52 and should be reading 80 and dc is reading 33 and should be reading 72. I've clean the slip rings, checked the brushes for now and have to decide where to go from here. Aux power...

I have a Lincoln SA200 1975 that was welding ok (kind of cold by the settings). It stopped welding and now it has 109 volts on the AUX with no weld output.Where should i start? Thanks

I have a 252 that is New. Maybe burned 3 rolls of wire on it. Was welding with it Saturday and it got to welding like I didn't have enough wire speed. Going to call Miller tomorrow because it's under warranty, like i said it's only a few months old. Any body have any idea what could be wrong?

With this I'm reading 3500 rpms, @ 58 hz. Do you find this correct? Also i thought that 3600 rpms was max on the P220 onan. Is that so and will the engine stand more rpm's? Thanks for the help....

Hey everyone! got a quick question. I was welding today (GMAW, .035, 70S-6) had welded about 5 feet total and arc went away and welder was under big load. Hurried up and shut it down to find out the rectifier had shorted out. Any ideas what happen? I know the first 2 of ther serial is "KA"...

Thanks guys. I'm going to pick me up a clamp meter tomorrow. My engine rpm was fine. Like i said i had it in high idle mode because i was running my wire feeder off of it. Had to position some tubing, picked the gun back up and there it was about half voltage. I will check out the hertz tomorrow. ...
