Let it air out for as long as you can, run car exhaust in it for a while (nuetralizes atmosphere), fill it with water then use a cutting wheel on a grinder to make your first cut. How much filler should I figure per foot of weld to MIG stainless. It is 1/4" and 1/2" stainless pieces. I dont need to get down to the exact ounce but just a general multiplier you guys might use would help tremendously.

Breakdown from vibration is fixed by the anchors I put in there AAAAAANNNNNDD...............the weather is great! I havent run my A/C in over a week but you better get down here for some BBQ before it hits 102 degrees with 98% humidity ha ha.....that kind of heat starts about end of April down here...
