With those settings I would talk to a Miller tech about setting the HZ. . It was nice when Cruzier was on the forum....

It should tell you in your manual how to set the HZ.
My bobcat 225 has it in the manual....

Still getting water in the gasoline but may have figured out why.
There’s a rubber bushing to connect the 1/4” fuel hose to the tank and it’s right under the the top door where you check the oil and work on the carburetor. Water can go around the edges of the door.
I’ve installed...Last edited by Kpack; 04-30-2022, 08:32 PM.

My brother’s got a bobcat with a Onan engine and it was doing that. He was pouring gas in the carb to start it.
I started checking it out and the choke flap wasn’t closing. There was some kind of a washer that was worn out in the linkage on the carb. I spun the washer to a different position...

You’ll have to look on the Miller site for your manual, you’ll need your serial number.
I’m not the best to give advice but I would start with easy stuff like a fuse somewhere in the weld circuit. I’m not sure but hopefully the there’s two fuses, one for weld and one for ac electric output....

I took the cap off and trickled water on top and it went through, I’ll try to post some pictures of what I did about it. Surprised this hasn’t come up before, unless there are different kind of caps....

I covered just the gas cap and have been leaving it outside. We’ve had a couple of hard rains, no problems.
Maybe a vacuum when it rains, heavy dew sitting on the cap or just condensation down the cap vent hole.
I was just wondering if anybody had this problem or had heard of this problem...

I see people leaving these on the back of there truck all the time with no cover.
Is it just the model I have that gives problems?

Thanks Ryan, maybe I could put a T in the line and make a drip leg with a cutoff so I could drain it every once in a while....
