I use a vertical do-all bandsaw, I got it for about $300 at a machinery sale. IMO, the easiest way to do this stuff, if you need to make a long merge for a y pipe, or collector, it's easy as can be, fast and accurate. I would look into it.

No prob, thanks for getting back to me, so far it worked out well, I probably should have made a larger gap but it seemed to work well with roughly 3/32-1/8th" gap. I wasnt sure with how to straighten it as I didnt want to get it too hot, so I didnt. I am bookmarking this now though... memory...

Ive been using morse master cobalts with good results. Go slow, and slowly start it into the tube, and when you are about to "punch" through ease back and let it do the work or it will chip teeth. This last hole saw I did an entire 12 pt cage in 4130 without a chipped tooth.

The minimum wall thickness should be .083, with some parts possibly as thin as .049. Is this a wolfe racecraft kit?

Well, just got off the dyno, made 502 hp to the rear wheels, 400 ft lbs torque. Stock rod's, pistons and crank, 346 ci... made 500 hp @ 7100 rpm and carried 490 all the way to 7600. Should do 9's in my 2800lb camaro.....

I have bend tech pro, it's pretty neat but I still find myself doing it the old fashioned way(layout max width on the chassis table, and using a bent tube with bend start/stop lines as a template), once you get used to it, it's still pretty fast.
