*I welded on it first time with MM252*

I set up the different voltage/wire speed to test which i welded.
1) Voltage and Wire Feed Speed-
15.9/133
15.8/120
15.0/140
15.8/140 is best choice I used.
2) Run-in speed (run) 120%
3) Preflow (PrE)...

any information about #172-136 Miller (MIG Gun) Aluminum Conversion Kit. I have 252 Millermatic with M25 MIG gun.
I did search here and no luck. I need get information about it.

ok I ll surf to resource to get some information..I am new with MM252. I did not realize that MM252 require a lot with adjustable setting. I had Lincoln 135 and 180 (its set up self-automatic) for years.

As a guideline, each 0.001 inch of material thickness requires 1 amp: 0.125 in. = 125 amps.
For example: I have 3/16" (0.1875) thick metal flat.
125 in per amp x 0.1875= 23.4 amps
