Painting finished product

What sprayer do most of you use when spraying your finished product?
I have a Husky standard bottom spray gun, and two cheep CP harbor freight gravity fed spray guns, one 20 oz and one 4 oz detail.
Also what tip number do you use in your guns? My 20 oz has a 1.3 tip and I am planing...

How did not bend the sqr tubing without cinking it? Do you have a homemade bender or a pro bender?

I also like the step bits from HF. I use the long skinny one all the time and bought 5 sets or so just to have them in differant places in the shop.

For about $9.00 you can not go wrong to often. I wait till they are on sale and buy them up.

My small table I started with and now use it for cutting and clean up. I use the mounted grinder to cut and clean edges for welding and the swamp cooler motor for well you know... I saw that on a forum years ago with the grinder from a guy named Ernie L. ???????? I took the grinder...

I also took my grinder and cut notches in the corners of the big table for a cheep ruler guide. Longer notches for full inch and half notches for 1/2 inchs...

Here is my ajustable light when I need one. I was messing around with a C clamp and Brazed it to a plate and welded 1" tubing to that and inserted 3/4" tubing with a small shop light in it. I welded a nut to the 1" tube and a 16 penny nail to the bolt to lock it at any...

I also use my passport portable on the back of my ATV on the farm with a 5500 Generator on a small trailer I use behind the ATV. I like the portable Co2 bottles on board. I just emted my bottle on Monday, I am going to get a backup now.
I like the 110/220 also.

When I got back into welding I started with the Miller 135, then I got a deal on a 175 from a friend. It work good, no complants, Then I started getting picky at what I was doing and did not like cleaning up spatter. I herd about the passport from my welding supplier, tryed it there...

I just bought my spectrum 375 X-treme. I used it for the first time cutting flat stock for rafter hangers and it sure was sweet. But I got the the point I had to use a standoff roller guide....

Sorry SignWave for the confution. I like to abrev. to cut down on typing time and the chance of spelling everything wrong.... I will do that a lot, so get your red marker out.
