Being someone without a lot of experience on scratch start or lift arc, it took me a bit to get use to. Keep playing with it, once you get it down it's actually pretty slick. You kinda just have to touch the work piece and then gently get off, and as you do the amps kick in. Requires a deft touch,...

I spent the better part of a day on that one. As far as patience...tell my that to my wife! The cursing and throwing of parts was left on the cutting room floor. Ha!
