you guys up north always so rude. its an econotig CE serial #KH488250. the part number is 125785 but has been replaced by miller with a kit number 222837. is that enough or would u like the names of my children and s/s number-geez have a nice day

econotig post flow problem
i have a miller econotig ce and when i let off the foot pedal the gas continues to flow. there is no adjustment of post flow but its a pre-determined setting at the factory i believe. now i'm no trouble shooter but i removed the gas valve and you can blow thru it. wouldn't it be closed without current...

had a hobart helmet that went bad- the lens looked like water on one half-the boys @ hahn welding asked me if i left it in my cold truck every night(wife and daughter take up both garage bays) and i said yes-apparently not too healthy for them-it was a auto darkening model(not sure of the model #) so...

i've got the wire stuck to the tip a few times so i need to watch that a little closer. thanks for the tip- if the nozzles aren't too expensive, i'll purchase the 3 and try them. probably won't run flux-core thru this machine as i have my lincoln set up for that. thanks again

millermatic 251
just piked up a 251 millermatic-awesome machine. my question is i need a new nozzle but the manual shows 5 different ones. some flush, some recessed, one even called stickout-how do i determine which one i need. the 251 has a miller m-25 gun

i too have a lincoln powewr mig `180-guess where thats assemble-thats right, MEXICO
make sure you check-i never would have thought that from lincoln. not sure about smaller millers. i guarantee my trailblazer 301D is made all state side

the pipe u are referring to is carbon steel while most of your fittings from hardware store would be malleable, not worth welding
