You will notice that the control box i mounted on sheet metal we usually flat bar. and will come wired up just needs to be plugged in and ran.

Umm I am a sanitary Welder and use the maxstar 150 sth and I think its a awesome little machine and I use the pulse all the time. And I got a peddle and the thumb remote or whatever it is. It's just a smooth machine over all.

i travel oregon and washington week to week everyday day and do emergency calls to.so pretty much im going 24/7....

idk contry metals. we use parts from dixon and waukesha. i know dixon 90 degree elbows shrink and become not true 90's anymore.

I set my welder up like my god father has his set up and the way he has welded and im tacking 304 stainless at 50 amps. im welding out a 55 - 60 amps and purging at 10 which i have already announced.and he said the weld was percect inside and out. so idk what people are looking for. the inside haze...

ill get pics of the outside to but it wont be the welds that you saw because i was working in safeway milk and ill be in sanitam river work at a berry processing plant. im just say my welds inside and out are very nice. i walk the cup on all my work....

its unusual to here about ferrules warping we order parts from dixon and i think there roughly 1.25 wide and weldrings are a lil over .25 of an inch. we never have a problem with warping. ill look at the ones we use and get part numbers....

seriously just give up the caffeine. it will tone down the shakes and keep your mind steady will working or testing. and try and rest your hand thats feeding the fill up against something.i fill with my left hand and i shake but i guess it would be a normal thing.

o and i did that all walking the cup no free hand. i dont like sloppy welds. and would create more of a chance for pin holes....

i dont even have a liscence or whatever you want to call it. 4 years of highschool welding and 1 year of college welding classes in highschool and i get hired to sanitary weld.
