i dont know the best way to explain my opinion,but i think it is a combination of a little warping,and the hinges u have(they are nice though) are too tite.i think if u had a little(play in your hinges) the gap would kinda lay better.

the aws site is becoming a lot more popular,its the second site i visit daily now.i also agree it has more welders on the site,more guys makin there livin welding over there,and a little more lincoln guys over there.i must admit the attitude of the admin(see above post) has really turned me off to miller.i...

i concur with tj also,i still post project pics and ingage in welding discussions,but not here.there are other sites with good info,and a lot less moderated.some of the mods here(ametalmaster) pretty much made me throw up.and the admin here has pretty much said if u dont like it go somewhere else,so...

on my torch the oxy-acet rate is rite around 2 to 1.rosebud will go down to almost 1 to 1.

congrats dude,me and the wife wanted 3 childern but raising 2 is expensive enough.with both of us working full-time and a side business daycare is just too much plus school expense for the older 2.do u and the wife have family to help with daycare while u and the wife work????????...

there is nothing to debate here,shieldy is rite.but,it is a sign of the times,we aint getting the product we paid less money for 15 years ago.

they havent brought it yet,was with him today and i forgot about it too.if its like everything else i do for this customer they will bring it too me the nite before they need it.
