thanks for the info, i talked to my supplier and he got the same info, guess i save the 3545 for the T B 302 and get the new spoolgun

millermatic 211 autoset and spoolmate 3545
will the spoolmate 3545 plug and play with the new millermatic 211 autoset? i know the spoolmate 100 will work but do not want to buy a new spoolgun if i dont have to, thanks for any help!

Changing battery on TB302
Whats the best way to remove/replace a battery in a trailblazer 302? it sits in a small space but looks like a pain to remove, any ideas/help would be great! thanks!

Leefy, i bet if you stop into some of the resturants around your place you could find something to weld, i weld alot of resturant "junk" through out the week on site, i wish it were for myself but im not to that point yet, my companys charges are 81.00 just to show up(depending on how far...

Opps sorry my mistake, im putting together a flat bed with 1' sides to haul brush and such for a lawn care pickup truck, the tubing is 2x2x1/8 3x2x3/16 4x2x3/16 6061-t6 i will be using the trailblazer 302 along with the 3545 spool gun, sorry for leaving out so much info, anyone has some good advice...

Which Alum wire 4043 or 5356?
Need to weld some 6061-t6 Alum box tubing approx 1/8 to 3/16" in thickness, which wire would give the best results? Will be running .035 through a 3545 spool gun. Thanks for any insite.

yup i ran the alum, i dont even remember if its 4043 or 5356 or even if its .030 or .035 but it ran good!! i was real supprised!! once the weather gets a little nicer i can do some more "tests" By the way, how do people take what you say in a previous and add it into the current post? ...

I have only used mine with alum, did you try any mild steel with a c-25 gas by chance? i was going to give it a try but havent had a chance yet, was wondering how well it works, thanks.....also what spoolgun did you get?

redintn, I welded a fryer filter at a chilis the other day, that thing was gross!!! the bottom was 1/4" thick with gelitan like grease!! makes you want to run out to a resturant and eat!!??

The sga100c is made for a miller 3035 or 3545 spool gun.it is a adapter with a contactor built in, i use the sga100c with my TB302 and it works great! if you have a miller catalog it shows you right in it how to hook it up.

redintn, Do you do all types of commerical kitchen equip repair? I do repair for one of the major equipment companys and also do all the welding for our branch. as for repairing the wok that is something i havent had the pleasure of doing.....yet! most of the welding we do is on dishmachines and ...

Thanks for the info guys, i personaly have well water, i have never had a issue here and im sure things will be ok now that its +5 degrees but last night it was about -29 and it got me thinking about this, like i say i have heard of it but thats about it, i have a TB302 and a Dynasty 200dx,
