Time for a New Miller
Just my 2 cents, but I'd say go as heavy as you can on your machine buy. It seems like you lose some of the speed advantages of Mig when you get down in the low duty cycles.

Miller matic 200 VS Miller Vintage
Its hard to beat a short piece of welding lead,
insulation stripped away and twisted up tight,
then clamped to the work for a ground- gets off to a good start.

Quincy air-system Airnet Piping
Nice looking system, could see it working well in a big install. There are some similar new products out, but this looks to be the highest quality I've seen. Just saw a black pipe install - this could have been a better choice, depending on cost.

30E Connection
Hi,
I have the 30E, it does indeed have a twist lock on it, and connects to my CP200 front panel.
Is a manual available by ordering a paper copy?
