Okay Reggie... This is the LAST response... And only because you're STUNNED, and also because it's Easter.
Only Alberta and B.C. List "Welder" as a Compulsory Trade, so they are the only 2 of all the Provinces/Territories that mandate the apprenticeship system, so for the intent...

I'm not gonna waste the energy on you Reggie - You're NOT worth it.
What I WILL say is that there has to be SOMETHING about Alberta Welders, and Alberta Welding Jobs, since as you say we have people from all over the WORLD coming here....
... And amazingly enough, ALL of...

REALLY?..... I generally don't bother with you because you are an Ignoramus, and an Inflated Windbag, but you don't have a CLUE about this.
The whole CWB vs Jouneyperson debate is a dead horse. Bottom Line - Those of us who HAVE an Alberta Journeyman Certificate in ANY Compulsory Trade...Last edited by Black Wolf; 04-23-2011, 09:38 PM.

I really don't see what the big deal is...
An "Overloaded" 1/2 Ton is no different that an "Overloaded" 3/4 or 1 Ton...
There are coments all over the internet by people who have added Leafs into their Spring Packs, added Over Loads, or use Timbren Rubber...

So did Saskatchewan change Welding from a Voluntary to a Compulsory Trade?
I strongly wish to get the information correct, because so far, from the Ellis Charts, and from guys I know that live is Sask, it it still Voluntary, so the employers cheap out, and...

Thanks for the replies... I learn something "New" everyday... Or TRY to...
I was raised using Open End, Box End, and Combination Wrench as the accepted Terminology... And use "Spanner" Wrenches when rebuilding Ford 9" Removable Carrier Differentials, or Hydraulic...

In post #14, you mention using Wire Wheels to clean your work prior to welding, but in posts #1, and #2, the metal you show has NOT been cleaned properly prior to welding or tacking, so you are trying to establish arc through Mill Scale and Oils...
It is a Crap Shoot at best, and you...

So help me out... is "Spanner" the term you Aussies use for Combination Wrenches?
I have Spanner Wrenches, and they look NOTHING like Combination Wrenches.
To ME, These are Spanner Wrenches

Never said I was serious or not Daniel, just throwing it out there.... People will believe what they wish to believe... Others will just pull the blankets over their heads, and pretend that everything is all right.
You either have your head up, look at the world around you, and ask questions,...

I agree with that much of your statement... Much of the rest is inaccurate.
This is NOT really relevant to THIS thread, but if you're looking to learn something:

Not meaning to hijack this thread, but I do not believe that this statement is correct... What actually devalues, and debases the buying power of the dollar, is the amount of "money" that is in circulation... The more that the Federal Reserve, Banks, Credit Card Coimpanies etc "Create"...

An interesting piece of machinery, but I am a little confused...
On the "specification" Page it reads:
"two solid axles with differential lock and hydrostratic drive"
